This page explains what we collect when you read Renzorodriguez, send in a studio story, or write to us about an issue, and how you can control that information.
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, phone number (if you add one) and the message you write. If you submit a studio story, that includes any text, images or links you attach.
Separately, our hosting and analytics tools record technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links and timestamps. This is standard server and event logging, not a profile of who you are.
The site uses cookies and similar storage to keep pages working and to measure which articles and issues get read. Analytics events tell us things like which studio profiles people open and how far they scroll, so we can plan the next issue.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may behave differently if you do, but reading the magazine itself does not require accepting tracking cookies.
We use your details to answer messages, follow up on story pitches, send an issue when you ask for one, and keep basic records of editorial correspondence. We do not sell personal data.
Data may pass through third-party processors that support the site: our hosting provider, analytics service, email and form providers, and any CRM we use to track pitches. They handle data only on our instructions. Where a transfer leaves your region, we rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards.
Contact messages and pitch records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and for a reasonable archive period afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default window. You can ask us to delete your correspondence earlier.
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, request deletion, or ask for a portable copy. You can also withdraw consent to analytics or marketing at any time, and object to processing where the law allows.
If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR gives you these rights directly. If you are a California resident, CCPA gives you the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale of personal information, which we do not carry out. We describe our editorial process, sourcing and studio visits as they happen. We do not publish fake endorsements, invented quotes, false urgency or claims of official affiliation with brands or institutions we do not work with. If something on the site is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
